Lange nichts geschrieben.. weil auch nichts anderes passiert ist, als wie bei den anderen beiden Läufen. AUßER:
Ich bin krank.
Ein derbe Erkältung zwingt mich mit dem Laufen zu Pausieren! AHHHH. Drei Wochen noch, und ich kann nicht laufen. Den letzten Lauf vor 5 Tagen, davor vor 7 Tagen. das sind 2 Läufe in 14 Tagen mit insgesamt 10km . Das ist viel zu wenig. Ich muss etwas machen, damit die Beine stark bleiben, mein Kreislauf aber nicht zu sehr beansprucht wird. Vielleicht Kraftübungen. Mal sehen.
Allgemein glaube ich beim letzten mal besser vorbereitet gewesen zu sein. Ich strebe deswegen keine Zeitverbesserung an, sondern möchte "nur" unter vier Stunden bleiben. Das ist sicher schaffbar.
Ich muss mich unbedingt mal mit Jens zum Laufen verabreden, der läuft mittlerweile 30km zum Frühstück. Beneidenswerter Gesundheitszustand!
Mein Handy mit dem Nokia-Sportstracker bestätigt mir dennoch im April bis dato 45km gelaufene Kilometer und im März immerhin gut 20. Nur das Durchschnittstempo liegt mit gut 10km/h unter den 11 vom letzten Jahr. Kein Grund zur Sorge ...
